Our class wanted to answer the question: How does the government impact ME? We learned about several different aspects of government, including government service jobs, general government information like elections and the voting process, government functions and buildings, and government roles. Each student chose one area that they felt impacted them, and created a blog post. We learned so much along the way, and had some amazing guests visit our students!

Garbage
Collectors (Government Service)

the city safe by cleaning trash. They clean
the parks. They use gloves. They help the community. They keep me safe. They recycle.
They keep me safe by taking away the garbage.
Did you know that Garbage Collecters only come on Sundays?
